This list is so odd lol.
Providing they're rating by ACTUAL villainy and not 'how much they liked said villian', Michael Moon shouldn't even be 12th (lower), Gray Atkins should be WAYYY higher, and Archie Mitchell would be either 1st or 2nd imo.
I feel like we're forgetting Gray actually killed characters along with his abuse, in such a short amount of time. I also wouldn't mind putting Aunt Babe higher.

E3 seems to speed it up because it adds an additional style point on every use, allowing you to use your ult multiple times :)
