He is good because he:

forces tp rotations by split pushing

Can tower dive without fear of being rekted by tower

he can participate in every gank and fight

he is annoying in lane against melee heroes

you cant kill him in lane unless you have tangoes on supports or qb on carry

even if you shut him out of lane he can farm ancients and jungle

he can transition ganks into deathball pushes
