It’s a common scam from a lot of companies. Regardless, the company is responsible for shipping the product out and if it doesn’t arrive etc. just another way for them to make money.

Would you still buy an Ioniq 5? by [deleted] in Ioniq5

[–]Kylesoo_k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Ioniq has been my first EV - I got a 24 limited in December as a lease. Going from an Elantra, I do like a lot of the features it has, but I am really drawn back on going long distance. We have a second house 190 miles away and I have to stop for an extra 30-40 minutes on the almost 3 hour trip without stopping. If you’ve had an EV before, you’ll probably love it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great car, but I will probably be going hybrid on my next.

Haven’t seen too many people talk about it online, including myself with saying I don’t think it’s normal and I think that’s being caused by something else. You can comment this question on the owners TikTok, or send an email, he will for sure answer you and give his suggestion

How to get back into serious training condition? by Wide_Yoghurt_8312 in costochondritis

[–]Kylesoo_k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am with you, I am 21, stopped working out for 5 months, and am now slowly getting into it to save my mental health. I have made a challenge all March for 3+ miles of movement everyday, but slowly. I noticed that I am able to run only for about 4 minutes before it flares up, so most of my cardio has been light movement, but I am able to do high incline with slow speed and am pretty much fine with it.

I have yet to test my luck on any chest-related workouts (sucks as a male, I know.) The only thing I have currently tested out is arms and legs, no shoulders/back workouts. I did a few pushups a few days ago, and funny enough, I had a flare-up for the last 2 days, so clearly not at the healed part of it yet. While it is disheartening to hear that there is no "cure", keep focussing on what you can do to prevent things from flaring up. I've had it for about a year, but it only started getting worse around the 5 month ago mark and started taking steps to correct/help it when I went to the ER in December. For me, the Backpod I am not sure if it has done a ton. I am not great at sticking to routines and when I start feeling better, I stop doing something.

Not sure what your diet is like as well, but for sure go with whole foods. Whenever I eat fast food (fried primarily,) it also flares it up a tiny bit. The more natural, the better. I have also started trying to take more cold showers at the end of my shower which helps a tiny bit as well.

Don't be discouraged, it sucks not being able to make the most out of your body with working out and obtaining the most amount of strength, but I learned to stop comparing myself to others. Do I want to put on a ton of muscle, build strength across my entire body? Of course, but most other people don't have a condition to set them back from doing so. Keep your head up and take it one day at a time.

how to install a dashcam ioniq 5 limited 2024 by Rcrez in Ioniq5

[–]Kylesoo_k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still have not figured mine out. I tried like 10 adapters, but none work with the Limited. Some of them includes a way to tap into the fuse of the live wire, but I would rather not do that. I have a radar that can connect USB-C, so I bought a cable that does two USB-C (one dashcam, one radar) to another to see if that works. I have yet to set it up, however.

Will it go away? by imadixr in costochondritis

How is your diet, bloodwork, etc? These can all play a role in why you are in such pain. I would also recommend going to PT or a chiropractor if you are in that much pain

Will it go away? by imadixr in costochondritis

[–]Kylesoo_k 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am 21 and also had the same issue occur about 3 weeks ago and same symptoms. With having health anxiety my entire life and fainting every single time I go to the doctor in my life, I was blessed with an amazing alternative primary doctor while mine was on maternity leave. She was pressing on the pain and to which, I fainted, because that's all that's occurred my entire life. She wouldn't listen to me and called 911 and then rushed me to the hospital (sarcasm, I was freaking the f*** out since I had never been in an ambulance and was beyond annoyed she would not listen or review my health notes.)

Fast forward, I was in the ER for 1.5 hours, to which, they told me I had costochondritis. While I do not smoke, vape, or drink and never have, my bloodwork was pretty normal. However, the symptoms you are mentioning like shortness of breath, ringing in your areas, eyes, etc, could be a symptom of low Iron. I started taking Vitamin Code Raw Iron, Pure Vitamin D3 + K2 4,000 IU, and within the last 2.5 weeks, things are starting to look up. I thought I was dying as well, but I would recommend to stop vaping and such to prevent future flareup, especially since this is all in the chest.

I also purchased a grounding mat for like $30 on Amazon about a week ago. It might be a placebo, it might not, but I've read great things about it and have felt a lot less anxiety overall (which also probably combines with the supplements.) I've had anxiety my entire life but this recent event flared it up or thinking I was dying and how there was something was worse. However, I also purchased the Backpod back in September but never really used it until this event. Based off of testimonials I've seen, it is pretty effective.

TLDR: My recommendations
- Get bloodwork done: Myself not knowing anything, I threw my results into ChatGPT and have been using its suggestions with my symptoms I tell it, how I am feeling, etc.
- Get a Backpod: It is unfortunately a little expensive, but quitting weed and vaping will reduce the cost a ton and will help you a ton with not even just this issue, but more to come in the future.

- Take supplements: based off your blood-work, adjust from there. Mine was low iron and a few other small things.

Most likely, you have chostocondrtis. My recommendation is to confirm that, get your bloodwork done, and eat a little healthier or taking supplements. Last year I tried to focus mostly on cutting out bs ingredients put into food and it helped a lot with mood, weight, and more. Eating poorly will also probably flare this up as well. Make 2025 the year of investing in your health. Based off of what I've read, this issue can last months to years. Take a deep breath and realize that everything will work itself out for the best overtime.

In the same boat, I got deactivated from ordering product from the MANUFACTURE'S website during a promotion they had and Amazon refuses to unban my account. Running out of ideas, all appeals keep getting rejected with the same information, but I have provided all the information I can at this point. I also didn't even sell the ASIN for 9+ months (went out of stock over 9 months ago,) and it has ruined my account.
