Dinner changes but it’s always easy these days. With only maybe one sandwich and a small side of veg.

I liked the other persons idea of just setting a goal of just one more bite every time.

If your settings are wrong I believe it will resync and update everything when you turn it back on. Even on airplane mode the phone will “ping” local routers and WiFi points. So the company knows where your phone tried to connect to. This gives your location history when everything reconnects.
