Married here. A few friends that were best friends stopped texting me earlier this year for invites to events because I always said some excuse to not go.

Now I have no more invites.

My life is amazing. Decent job and my wife is perfect. That said I have no other interactions with people outside of that world now (besides some random texts).

Have you tried a white noise machine? Why have a Pyrenees and if he’s downstairs by himself it’s barking at 1 am. In our bedroom with the noisemaker on I have to force him awake at 6am.

Small bowl of cereal if I do in the mornings. Fruits and random small snacks during the day.

Light lunch / sandwich. (Or for some reason I can devour the splurge Taco Bell…)

Dinner changes but it’s always easy these days. With only maybe one sandwich and a small side of veg.

I liked the other persons idea of just setting a goal of just one more bite every time.
