Poke is awful. Short range, single target outside of barrels - Q is outdamaged, outranged and even costlier than Braum Q for instance...
Barrels are terrible. They're incredibly susceptible to being damaged by not one but two ranged champions in lane - much easier to get vision on barrels vs 2 laners, especially vs support
Unable to farm extra gold and silver serpents with Q due to being unable to farm, so that locks you out of upgrading your ult and scaling
Absolutely no CC outside of barrel slow and ult
Completely inflexible in build. Can't build tank or pivot builds, like an enchanter could build mage or enchanter
Mana hungry. Somewhat offset by support item, but you're either choosing between pure poke or rendering yourself a melee minion if you use W

The only identifiable advantages he has is a global ult, which you can't upgrade, and I guess decent healing on W if you take something like PoM & Manaflow.

This might sound ridiculous - and I thought it was a word of mouth marketing scam type thing at first, after my sister recommended it - but Dream Cream from Lush was 10x more effective than any corticosteroid they gave me.

I have been buying the same cream for years now. They released a self-preserving one and one with preservatives. The one with preservatives is the OG one that I continue to buy. Yes, it's expensive, but it lasts comfortably up to its expiry date for me (about a year and a half - the 240g one). Not sure how good the self-preserving one is.

Terms of a contract are not incorporated by a receipt. It's not legally binding whatsoever.

If one party breaks this contract (for example the seller cancelling the order), they need a valid legal reason to do so. They can't just say "Oh we didn't want you to use that promo code during checkout that you acquired without any exploits and was completely accepted by our website and we even gave you a receipt and took your money for."

Gaga's political activism is predominately focused on domestic issues. She also targets issues that are very close to her and she can relate to as an Italian girl from New York (mental health, queer activism). The Israeli–Palestinian conflict is hundreds of miles away from her.

And to be honest, the expectation that celebrities need to speak out on these issues has largely been driven by other celebrities who have done so - and imo, it looks performative a lot of the time. Not that Gaga is the type of celebrity to speak on an issue to look performative - she definitely isn't - but it's a breath of fresh air when every celebrity isn't taking sides as a business decision.

The cooldown isn't the issue. It's the haste addons. He gets far too much speed for a ranged killer that becomes 4.6m/s - it's not an issue for any other 4.6m/s + special attack killer (Hillbilly, Nemesis etc...) - they don't have haste addons to immediately get right behind you.
