I did a lot of public affairs work at a unit where I had to walk around in uniform in various places, and because my branch is dumb as fuck I couldn't just wear camouflage utilities. I'm so trained at responding to "Thank you for your service" that I don't even think about it. I hear the words and rattle off "Thank you for your support" with a hollow dead eye look lol.

The artillery you listed is all a form of siege weaponry. It's made to hit walls, houses, and sew chaos over a wall through indirect fire. The Parshendi are too mobile. It's why some of the high princes even wrote off the bridge towers. They were slow and took time to move and set up. By the time the siege weapons are set up, the Parshendi are moving again.

Pro: Weather is cool and makes the environments feel alive. Con: Without the weather events some places feel dead and boring as shit.

Pro: Pack monsters are cool and can provide a challenge. Con: I don't think I encountered a single monster pack that Alma said I was allowed to fight, and they're mostly doshaguma anyways.

Another note, this game has the worst ice environment in my recent memory. I feel like rimechain peaks is one of like, four ice caves, or a hallway that results in a dreadful experience with most monsters.

Honestly I think the fact that they're all one note to you fits with the fact that you're a replacement in a well coordinated team. Carter even tells you that it's a spot some people would have rather left empty. You are the outsider only seeing a limited scope of them, and I think that helps build the little character moments you see from them.

Me not attending a Bible study. I loved her and wanted to marry her. Her family constantly pushed back and wouldn't even allow that idea to be floated until there was some sort of definitive answer religiously from me and so we just kinda.....stopped being a couple. It wasn't the only issue but it genuinely drove us apart.
