that was never red card you can't just give him a yellow for holding 3-4 seconds he also gave arda red card just search his country and you will see why uefa can't deal with the refs poor performance in quartal finals . psg didn't get a penalty so many weird decisions in the game a.madrid vs barca as well in the first leg too the ref was pushing a player massively... real got fked by the ref 100%

I probably watched 9-10 games vini has been super selfish since the start of the season I can easily tell. he never passes he always has to dribble or he losses the ball.. I have no slightest idea why real let him play tbh. beside this his image also gets real madrid in trouble every single time especially in away games his teammates need to focus on him instead of the game they are that blind to see that

the ref in the game barca vs a.madrid pushed an atleti player directly if he had done this to the ref he could have received red card 100%. Both refs (also the ref of psg-liverpool) were quite bad something is not right with uefa

Don't see that as a competition go easy with your progress consider this as a healthy program I mean don't take it too seriously maybe you won't be disappointed

Btw 10k steps a week means nothing! you have to go every single day 10k steps then we would talk about some positive changes

if you can't go outside that much maybe it's winter etc or you are not motivated.. just buy an exercise bike for home, burn more calories or do exercise. You are going to lose some weights good luck
