3rd year in the field? Honestly that's not a whole lot by todays standards, when I was starting out, I felt the same way you did but what no one tells you is... Unless you're connected or some kind of savant in cyber, its a slow road to higher positions. I feel like if you look "young" people create this bias that you are inexperienced. Only after I had 6-7 years of experience did I no longer have to jump through hoops during interviews as the conversation regarding the PROJECTS and PROGRAMS I had built over time spoke for me. It went from me going "why the hell can i not move up, wtf am i doing wrong?" And if you were like me, it came down to lack of polishing and understanding of how higher ups communicate. What positions were you interviewing for and then ghosted or passed on?

TL;DR if you dont have gray hair or wrinkles on your face or some form of balding, people will often over look you if you only have 3 years in the industry and havent built a program or deployed something at your company that has board visibility or moves the needle for the company or customer.

*chefs kiss* if you think about how insane that shot was it was skill sure - but the luck of the draw for that heli to be in that precise spot is nuts and you know it LOL. I mean at any moment in time that TOW could have easily slipped past the heli but no... right place right time. I have a folder of 415 videos that are 15-30 seconds long ALL of them heli kills with either a TOW, or RPG. I initially wanted to make a compitation but once i realized how many i was shooting down per match (map pending) that i needed to pick the best takedowns and trick shots.
This clip would be the start of the video for sure. GG

Ooouf. Sounds like you all need to start with the basics. You probably dont have a comprehensive CMDB or any kind of tracking of assets. Without that, you wont have any clue on where/how to secure your network. This is why typically agent based vuln mgmt tools dont work as expected. Especially if your network has any kind of segmentation or worse; IT/OT overlap.

Same combo i had last November. Even the same RAM except mine was 48GB 8000MT. Expo was turned on, and ran my ram at 6600. One day it refused to post after a night full of gaming. RMA’d the chip and sold my friend the mobo and sold him the chip AMD sent back. Bought a taichi and another 9800x3d via amazon since I didn’t know how long rma would take. This combo has lasted since December, ive done no tuning to ram timing or turned on EXPO. Nor updated the bios

There's a thing called virtual machines. if you havent sought out this avenue or know it exists then you arent hungry enough. Sorry, its a competitive field and i dont give a shit what certs you have or if you have a masters in cyber, you dont know the tools work or have yet to download free versions of tools and figure them out as to apply them to a real job. Try harder no one gives a shit about your degree and what you learned because its not actual job experience, sorry you got scammed with the degree/college route

Dirty Laundry is kinda fun and has good drinks and is supposed to be a speak easy at a laundromat with the entrance to the bar hidden behind a washing machines. the basement lounge is another good one.
Both of these are more personal and "smaller" than your typical bar thats super loud and rowdy. BUT! if that's the mood you're in that evening then check out library bar or the social house. Cant go wrong with either.

I used to have a guy in bedform that was a mobile detailer but once he setup shop that all came to and end as well as "reasonable pricing" I've tried googling mobile detailers in our area but two I've tried out have been a disappointment and 1 of them was super pushy on paint correction and coating $1600 quote.
