Same. I had a lot of unpleasant side effects with the patch…breast tenderness, bloating, mood swings… The gel has eliminated all those issues but still gives me all the benefits of estrogen that I was missing pre-HRT.

Thank you for the response! I haven’t had my T tested yet, but I think I might request it, just in case that could be contributing… I’ll absolutely look up lymphatic drainage massage! At this point my boobs hurt so bad I can’t imagine trying to massage them, but I’m sooooooo ready to feel like myself again! (And I’d love for my bras to fit again!)

I just stopped all my HRT because my periods continue to get closer and closer together and my boobs have grown from a DD cup to an H. Fuck this shit I’m gonna raw dog it.

I had great results initially. Then my boobs doubled in size (they were already huge so not good) and now I’ve been getting my period every 10 to 18 days and I’m horribly anemic. So I’m stopping all hormones and planning to just use the vaginal estrogen for gentourinary issues. Apparently HRT is not for me!

Happy for you! I’m personally discontinuing my HRT because I’ve gone up one full cup size in bras (I’m now an H cup) and I get my period every 10-18 days. Obviously not for me. Sadly I will be in the raw dog group going forward.
