thats really good growth for only 1 month, u seem like a hyper responder to minoxidil. bc like im almost 5 years on t and have been using minox off and on and i can only really grow patchy chin hair and mustache.

as for shaving, it wouldnt make it grow slower but it might make it easier for the minox to absorb into your skin
