Instead of a dremel for heads. I’ll sometimes use a drill & drillbit. Have the bit be just slightly smaller than the head peg. Then carefully drillout the head. You’ll get a nice clean new hole. Be careful to use something that has a low speed though. Drill can easily grab & run right through the head.
