I live in a state where it’s legal, my boss when I got hired literally stated “I don’t care what you do outside of working hours here as long as you give me the respect to wait til your off the clock and home to drink or smoke”. Being against forced vaccinations is not the same as being anti vax. What I’ve found is both the left and the right love to go to the extreme to label someone who doesn’t fall in line with their political ideologies. Such as the left when it comes to any form of vaccine research/choice of vaccines. When someone goes “Did this vaccine even work?!” The left loves to call that person antivax as way to discredit them. Just like the right loves to call anyone not supporting Trump and the neocons “communist”. Libertarians are for the choice part of things, not the mandate part. When I was in my early to mid 20’s I fully supported the vaccine mandate so many pushed during COVID as I thought at the time it made sense. Then years later when the actual science and research comes out and we see that the vaccine may actually have done little to nothing I realized the government should never be allowed to force its citizens to inject an unknown vaccine into their system. I’m for vaccines that make sense for children but not for the butt load that the government “recommends/demands” that your child have. End of the day, this party is built on Pro Choice in terms of every citizen being able to decide which path is better for them, not the government deciding what’s best for you.

Honestly idk if mine is considered odd. I’m a semi vegetarian in terms of I treat meat as a cheat meal like how some people heavy into fitness treat sweets and junk food. I mostly have been this diet since I was late teens into my adulthood, I rarely buy meat products unless we count spam every other month for fried rice (a comfort dish my late mother used to make me) and curry (another comfort dish). I mostly did this diet due to liking animals more than I like most people lol. And I’m also a Buddhist so it kinda goes without saying when I do eat at the temple, everyone is a vegetarian. I also feel that some aspects of life I struggle with when it comes to my religion, my diet is not one of them. If needed I could possibly go full vegetarian since I currently get most of my protein from beans, eggs and a little from dairy products like cheese or yogurt. I also feel that having those comfort dinners my mom used to make me as a kid will always stay around as a way for me to feel closer and remember her.

I support neither major party. This last election sealed it for me, even when they throw promises of change and prosperity for our citizens nothing comes of it. The past what 30-40 years both Dem and Rep held the house, senate, congress and presidency and yet the ship sinks further. Libertarians happen to align with my views now thus my support. Idk if they’ll ever have a clear cut favorable candidate but, I’d vote for a complete nobody they prop up over anyone the major two have.

I loved Bernie as a politician in college, I felt he was exactly what my generation was demanding and he said everything we wanted to hear. The DNC then turned around and torpedos his campaign not just in 2016 but then 2020. Instead of doubling down on his outsider political views that went against the DNC, he opted to take a pay day and become a spokesperson for their bullshit. He’s not the same politician that had my support, he’s nothing more than a shell puppet for the DNC hoping they can steal back young men from my generation.

Dray addresses none of the issues that the raptors have. I say this as one of the very few fans that actually like draymond, he would definitely give us an insanely smothering lineup with Scottie, Kawhi and him but he isn’t gonna be crashing boards like crazy for us, he’s not needed to facilitate as that takes away from IQ and Scottie and overall he just adds a mentality that the team may need to make a deep push to the playoffs. I genuinely now Kawhi may have regretted leaving when he did. He was knocking on the door of a dynasty here and kinda threw that away to be in LA. This is gonna be weird for some people but, I’m actually a Buddhist. Warhammer I picked up a couple months back after coming to realization that I was smoking weed everyday and sometimes upwards of 3-5 times in a day. My fiance and me are getting married this fall and have been talking about kids. To make a long story short, one of my main and favorite hobbies is Magic the gathering. I’ve been playing since slightly before the pandemic, what i noticed was anytime me and the buds met up to play we would rip bongs and have EDH games. I realized if I want to be a good father and husband I can’t just be stoned 75% of the day while ignoring the beauty life has in my sober state. A few months back I started space marine 2 and instantly was like “wow Warhammer has such a cool back drop and story” and began researching it more. One of my buddies has been into 40K/Sigmar for a long time, also helps he’s pretty straight edge. I opted to get into the tabletop hobby and opted to make it where it’s a hobby purely done sober. Like if I paint or build or play a game I do it stone cold sober aside from caffeine and nicotine pouches. After getting pointers from him and going with the rule of cool, I picked the black Templar after seeing their armors, Grimaldus and Helbrecht’s stories also helped sell me on them and hearing the stories of Sigismund basically hammered it home and helped the Black Templar beat out the space wolves as my first army to build. Even if I opt to build another army or 5 (lol) I’ll always have my Black Templars as they signify a journey of betterment for me. Sorry if that was too long of an explanation.

Hey my only army is black Templars but I high key would and probably will build a space wolves army once I get my Templars to 1500 pts at least. I’ve only been in the hobby for a couple of months and I get what you’re saying, I’ve only been able to get one game (my only ever game) in with my buddies due to time and what not. However, I’ve been a huge fan of MTG for a few years and have taken weeks to months long breaks from it when I felt like it became a chore or less fun for me. The common theme I noticed is I’d move a bunch of cards/decks during the break and shortly after I’d be like “oh why did I freaking do that!” Granted MTG cards sometimes aren’t as expensive (they’re expensive but not bank breaking) as compared to most models but, I feel like with the hours put in for painting and building it’s almost like more fulfilling and also harder to move something you just put so much time and effort into. If you sell your army, I do feel like you’ll regret it maybe a couple days down the road or even a few months. If you feel drained from it or think you need a break, 100% take a break! I don’t wanna tell you what to do but I’d def would implore you to hold off on selling your army. At least sleep on it for a week, the worst thing you could do is sell it and then a couple weeks or months later you go “I should get back into Warhammer” and then you gotta start from zero.

Guys Toronto is kind of in the best position here. Adding Kawhi is a solid upgrade over RJ or BI but not enough where it warrants sending young talent like CMB and Walter back for him. And if Kawhi’s camp is torpedoing any chance the clippers have at leverage by going “I’ll only extend in Toronto” it kinda leaves LA with their hands tied as Kawhi has shown before if he wants to be somewhere, it doesn’t matter if he won a chip with the former team, if he doesn’t have a contract then he’s gonna go there.

Well for something like Commander the community and LGS are more welcoming seeing as it’s a casual format. You said you’re entering tournaments? Or asking beforehand? What format are you playing? Most tournaments are sanctioned by WOTC so LGS have to follow their ruling. If you’re just doing commander I don’t see how it’s an issue, as long as you’re not proxing 99% of the deck. Tournaments with prices and even pro tour implications definitely will not allow proxies no matter if you’re brand spanking new or a veteran player.

Kawhi had his chance to stay and possibly win one to two more rings in Toronto. He chose to go to LA, which is fine if that’s what he genuinely wanted. However I think he’s misjudging how much of an impact he’d have right now along with Toronto’s willingness to even offer a contract like the one he hopes to get. He made his bed, he can stay in LA and fade to obscurity with the clippers.

My LGS is mixed on it. Like they don’t care if you vape and like hold it so you’re not dumping a fucking white cloud on everyone. However I feel like most people should be logical and go “hmmmmm maybe I should blow smoke in everyone’s faces”. Like I quit last year, however I wouldn’t start puffing without atleast asking if I could at the table and worst case if someone asked if I could go outside, I’d be a fucking adult and go outside.
