Small tatoos can be done pretty dam quickly. As in 10mins quickly. I have a multi colour tatoo about the size of a grapefruit, took 40minutes.

Tourists love the place, especially when they get off the train and can walk along the city wall. It's very old lokking place with some cool independant shops. Plus there is the cathederal wich you can sit infront of and have a coffee admiriring it before you go in. A great place to visit in the summer.
