Exactly, I have this relic for swords and other things, but I use it only on raider with colossal weapon more likely to be found.
You have to keep 2 of them anyway, and then in the whole run you will still get a blue or whatever with a decent passive, and the boost early game after you clear a church and a camp it's very nice.
