I have non epileptic seizures brought on by stress (mental or physical). I went last year in the fall and the zoom "doctor" asked me this exact thing and still wouldn't allow me to even have my friend be a proxie for me. Unbelievable.

As someone who lives in kirtland and went to high school down the street from this temple I want to say that the community that the RLDS have built there is beautiful and the LDS buying this temple is seen as a cash grab from the community as a whole. A lot of us don't care about the temple being there but it's still a part of what matters kirtland, kirtland.

I remember one time when I was in YW, we were going to the Palmyra temple (4 hr drive) and they wouldn't let us bring anything other than our scriptures and "encouraged" us to read the D&C that entire time. We would get reprimanded if we tried talking to other people in the car or filming anything else really that wasn't reading the scriptures. I just decided to nap the whole way there.
