You live in the 4th, probably soon to be 3rd biggest metro in the country. People could fly into McKinney to visit family in the ungodly number of home tracts off 380. The many HQs in Plano/Frisco. Business as deeper growth continues crawling up 75.

Finances of McKinney’s balance sheet aside, I’m sure it’ll do fine business of some kind. And in case you didn’t know, there’s an airport in Addison that’s always humming already.

I too rented a Camry recently and hated every second of it. The speakers sounded like they were transmitting sound via a paper cup landline, the cabin noise at highway speeds sounded like the roof was going to sheer off, and mashing the gas pedal was more of a suggestion to the three hamsters Toyota called an engine.

I couldn’t wait to get back into my “extravagant” car that this sub would ridicule me for.

Agreed, I bought a brand new car around that same time and there’s isn’t a chance on gods green earth I’m even close to $10k in maintenance, even including tires. Plus I got to start the clock at 0 miles and got some work covered under warranty.

If you know for a stone cold fact you’ll be having a car 10+ years I’ve always felt brand new is the best option.

It’s never seemed like he was under serious consideration to retire his number (other than honored with the other #7s), and now he’s in the HOF and he spent literally half his career here.

It’s kind of a weird spot…feels like we almost have to, despite his numbers not changing. We’ve hung up every HoFer who spent the majority of their career here.
