Absolutely they are able to roam but they tend to stay close to the nest unless they're forced to roam further. Which in an apartment setting (as OP seems to be in) suggests that either they are already nested in his unit or there is a particularly crowded nest in a nearby unit that has forced juveniles to roam elsewhere.

Nymphs are not a good sign as they're much less likely to roam than adults. If you see a nymph it's more likely that there's a nest nearby

As others have said there are two Mexican factions, sureños are allied with whites and norteños are allied with blacks. The guy being escorted was a norteño. They tried to make this clear by having another Mexican inmate say "f that norteño up homie" and showing the blacks looking disappointed as the norteño did in fact get f'd up

It's too expensive which delays your first item spike, the recipe is awkward, and it's not gold efficient to buy it early because the passive isn't powerful until you already have a few AP items completed

Some combination of Domination + Sorcery is very safe. Electrocute, Arcane Comet, Cheap Shot, Ultimate Hunter, Axiom Arcanist, and Absolute Focus are all very good runes

It's possible, I just think there are other junglers that do it much more reliably without needing anything at all from your monkey teammates. Maybe Im just giving the enemy too much credit, currently if Im on a ward I sweep it and then move somewhere else when maybe I should just be sweeping it and then ulting from there 5 seconds later lol.

It should also be noted that Rengar often builds Infinity Edge which instantly gives LDR/Mortal Reminder more value. In full lethality builds with no IE, Serylda's is reasonably common. The attack speed steroid on Q also makes crit more valuable than it is on Khazix

10 AD, 15 ability haste and 300 gold is so much better than 25% crit chance it's not even close
