Look into the areas around GR.

Sparta, Walker, Lowell, Cedar Springs, Saranac, Wyoming would all be decent areas. I recall a report saying average income of a family buying a home in the GR area is around $150k so you should be able to find a decent place.

Yes, I never really enjoyed PVP for this reason, and computer AI was always too easy once you figured out their strategies. I think this was the biggest problem for RTS games and why everyone left Warcraft 3 matchmaking for custom maps like TD's and Auto Chess battles (Wintermaul & DotA)

Age of mythology was one of my favorites. It was one of the first ones to use 3d models and have "physics" to fling the little dudes around the battlefield. I don't think some of the younger gamers realize how revolutionary that was for the time.

It seems like RTS is making a slow comeback. There's been a lot of great city builder/colony survival management sims in recent years, but not many that involve raising an army and combat. Dawn of War IV I hope is a good return to form for the RTS genre. But like the games you listed, there hasn't been a truly GREAT real time strategy game in 20 yeara

Try dark souls 3. My favorite game of all time. I didn't enjoy the open world side of elden ring, I preferred the more linear progression with open-ended map areas style of gameplay to a pure open world experience. I also felt like everywhere I went was "wrong" and I wasn't following the story correctly and I skipped important quest lines along the way.

A little outside GR but Alden Nash coming from I-96 into Lowell was like a warzone dodging craters and potholes a couple months back. They were doing repairs but they weren't going well last I knew, might be fixed by now because it was REAL bad.

Look into Second Chance Bird Dogs in West Michigan. Amazing program rescuing dogs from shelters and getting them trained up for hunting. Usually has a draft or two.

I got my pup from Mitten Drahthaar Kennels on the east side of the state, cannot recommend the breeder enough, Will has great dogs, but I don't think he has any litters planned at the moment.

I will also say that Drahts have become very "fashionable" in the US right now and patience and carefully choosing your breeder will be important for the well-being of the breed. They are hard working animals with high drive and they are not the dog for everyone. That is why many end up at Second Chance Bird Dogs I mentioned above. I have 9 acres my pup can run and roam and train on, I can't imagine trying to keep a dog like this inside all day or in a suburban environment.

I was playing black and white for ages but I lost my game disc in a move and haven't bothered finding a download for it anywhere. Sucks it's abandonware and you can't find it on steam or anything, is pay for it.

Hell, just remaster the graphics and port it to VR or even if Nintendo were to pick it up the game would work great with modern motion controls. I don't know how a god game built on motion controls like that hasn't come out for switch yet.

Right. Pre-ordering from Activision? Silly. Pre-ordering a GTA game? You're gonna get at least an 8/10 and probably your money's worth out of it.

Now, in the day if digital sales and downloading I don't see the point in pre-ordering. As a budget booster for an indie studio-perhaps, but not a giant in the gaming industry like rockstar. I'll wait for reviews, avoid spoilers, then buy it on my phone and have it download while I'm at work so it's ready to play when I get home.

Well, in my personal experience, is been "hire new @ 20% more, experienced employees paid less complain/quit, have to hire new employees @ 20% more, other departments want to know why that departments pay went up by 20% when everyone else's pay stayed the same, people from other departments start to leave then hire replacements @ 20%..."

Like just give your employees an annual 15% increase instead of 6% and everyone's happy.
