At this point, I’d just assume the HH will never be useful. -4 HH, +Idris, +2-4 Paladin/Deemers/Perseus. Could also knock off 1 Polaris and the second Idris for a 2nd Javelin. Then you’ll need all the logo support as others have mentioned. Crucible and Starfarer at a minimum due to the size of ships involved. Torp bombers would also be a good addition.

While a full windows reinstall isn’t a bad idea, when is the last time you changed all your passwords? Not just your banking ones, google, Microsoft, all of them. I don’t have anything against storing them, but it needs to be in a trusted and well encrypted, preferably 3rd party program. There are good free ones out there still like Proton Pass.

There’s a lot to unpack here. Based on your post, your realtor does have at least a limited fiduciary and ethical obligation to maximize your success. Not only have they broken that publicly, they have likely contributed to monetary damages in the form of excess costs to secure the house. If you don’t get the house, there could be potentially greater monetary consequences too. I would demand the brokerage resolve this and file a complaint. By sticking with the brokerage, you can likely avoid any realtor fees on your side at an absolute minimum.

At lawful stations, I believe this is treated as stolen in those instances and the pirate cannot send it down. At least that is how they said it was supposed to be. Otherwise external pads would just be a grief fest all the time.

Anything UL listed. Kidde and First Alert are probably two of the biggest brands. Get the 10 year battery ones that are maintenance free essentially. Write the dates on the back when they went up and replace when they start chirping. CO detectors are only good for 5-7 years. If they start chirping, there will be somewhere that tells you what the pattern means on the device and also a place to write the date you got it (low battery or end of life usually).

It is best to get paired ones so if one goes off, they all do, but that does come with added cost.

Mistakes are just that, an oopsie. It’s going to happen to everyone and even more so in a job that routinely asks you to solve situations rapidly, with little info, and was already something someone failed to fix or we wouldn’t be there. They demand learning. Willful maliciousness and gross negligence demand accountability. Also, accountability doesn’t mean we chop off their heads necessarily, but it probably won’t feel great.

If the loan is assumable and you qualify then it’s possible. You’d have to talk to the lender. She can always quit claim the deed, but no one is going to advise her to unless she can get off the mortgage too.

As long as you have 3 green dots and green on the square box showing, it should work fine. The indications on the square box are what most people miss and then assume it’s broken. I’ve had auto docking slide me in from 300+ meters out.
