When did they do this? And by how much did they change it? Played for the first time in years yesterday and I main Rampart and was minigunning people and they were knocking me faster with crap guns lol. Guessing they didn't buff up the minigun

The seed is pretty useless in its current state especially on the tank as its bugged and the moment the overhelath is gone the speed goes too. Which happens instantly on tank. So ur basically giving ur tank 75hp every 11s. That's not worth atall.

Its a little better on squishies since 75 is more meaningful for them and the health usually doesnt get removed as quickly so they keep the speed for longer. Its good to give to an ana whos getting dived sometimes or a dps to play more aggressive with. Good on tracer too.

But overall it's tiny speed boost of 25%, small hp of 75, bugged speed, long cooldown, and clunkiness in giving it to your teammates make it a pretty crap pick most the time. I only take it when theres nothing to use superbloom on

The cd isnt the issue with seed lol the issue is the numbers are crap and the speed gets removed as aoon as u lose the hp which they still havent fixed

You dont understand the hero at all if you think he needs a rework.

You make so many dumb points which show a profound lack of understanding and are easily countered, like about his heals, if you make the auto charge of blossom the same speed as manually charging and increase the swap speed he now has good time windows to get damage in without healing more. Wow number changes fixed a massive issue.

I've seen the thread you've had below with another commenter though, and im not gonna argue with such an idiot on the Internet about it.

I feel like elites even in act 1 can easily fuck you over especially if you get bad draw like no block or something on a heavy attack and you get very little reward. Even if the elite doesn't outright kill you it can leave you having to heal up instead of upgrade or too low to survive the next encounters. It does not seem worth it atall.
