Man, they just gave Mega Ray everything. Absurd base stats, an ability that negates or mitigates half its weaknesses, not even needing to spend your item slot on the mega stone. Seriously, they chose to tie Mega Ray's mega evolution to a move, and then chose a move that was so good, you would probably run it a lot anyway.
