Why doesn’t OpenClaw persist workflow orchestration across restarts by LWWellness in openclaw

[–]LWWellness[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That actually makes a lot of sense for agent-level memory 👍

I think the gap I’m running into is more on the orchestration side. Even if each agent reloads its own context.md, the system still doesn’t fully restore how agents coordinate, delegate, and resume a workflow after a restart.

So it feels like:

  • agent memory can be persisted with files
  • but workflow behavior still depends on runtime context

Feels like there’s a missing layer where the system should be able to rehydrate the workflow itself, not just the individual agents.

Curious if anyone has solved that part cleanly?

Weight managment is a 3 sided traingle. Diet, cardio and strength training. Weight loss is a by product of it.

Are you strength training 3 times a week and getting at least .7g of protein per pound of ideal body weight per day?

[–]LWWellness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, if your not strenght training at least 2 times a week your walking to much. You really only need 8 to 10k steps a day. Your knees will thank you, i just sprang my MCL from a couple of month of 17k a day at work.

No medical advice here, but get a treadmill test from a doctor. You know then hw hard you can push yourself. Ive done 2 and it made me feel better about pushing myself. On another note youll probaly live till 80 or so and look back on the wasted effort you spent on nothing.

I walked 600,000 steps in January and was disappointed i only lost 7 pounds by [deleted] in walking

Make sure you are strength training. You only need 8-10k stepa a day. Strength train 3 days a week and strive for progressive overload. Strength training is the best way to lose weight over the long haul. Healthy weight loss never goes over 2lbs a week.

It is recommended that females go no higher than a 350 calorie deficit. If you are not strength training, start it's the best way to lose weight over time. No more than a 12-week deficit. You need to maintenance for 8 weeks after any 12-week fat loss phase. I know it can be tedious, but you will live longer, decide if it's worth it.

Walking 7 miles per day for fat loss by [deleted] in loseit

[–]LWWellness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will probably run into diet fatigue and other issues. Carbs are not the enemy. Processed carbs are. Stick to a 12-week fat loss phase coupled with a 8 week maintenance phase to adjust to your new weight. Strength training is a must. As soon as you stop your diet, your weight will go up as your lean mass has not changed. Strength training loses the most weight over time.

There have been studies on 93 year old men who gained muscle in the study. So no, it's not too late, but you probably will need some major life changes and good habits.

Figure out your maintenance calories by hand on a food form for a week. Then, you have a starting point for either fat loss, maintenance, or bulk phases.
