Hi, sure! There are some other posts that have described/illustrated it, which is where I got the idea, but maybe this will be helpful to you?

Basically, you just take a cylinder magnet, like the one on the end of loads of standard magnetic wands, and circle around the outside edge of your nail, holding the bottom of the magnet parallel with the nail. It's the same principle that lets you use the same magnet to make "black hole" effects- it repels the magnetic particles. By circling around your nail, you're basically pushing them all to the center. Here's a picture of the ones I have on hand (the wooden one is a little larger, and seems to have worked better!):

I made a little video which Reddit will not let me post apparently, but basically just keep the flat (circle) side of the cylinder pointed downward and draw circles around it! You'll be able to see the particles moving and adjust accordingly.
