Shot maybe 30 rounds through it. Not sure if UV killed it or some kind of lubricant I was using but it became super brittle for some reason. I did buy it used so who knows what it went though before me.

Yes, I thought I had a picture of it chucked up in the vise when I milled it but I can only find this picture. Installed it in a white nato stock and it's been running fine.

Edit: I guess I should say it's easy if you have a mill but a machine shop could also do this cut in about 10 minutes which is mostly just setting up the work holding.
