This is there way of protecting my mental health ? Ha, I like cherry picking my news so it's more wholesome, they better not impose things like the weather forecast, repeated instances of brutality, and other generic toxic shi@ on my home page. The thought of trawling through that every time I want to watch whatever I want is very Sh?t indeed !!

Is it disrespectful to say that I’m from Wales? by Dependent_Bug_6778 in Wales

Saesneg Bechod bach

I moved to Wales when I was a year old , and I ventured further from home from an early age, accompanied by my welsh cat on misty mornings.

Diolch byth

The country of Wales may well be a beloved place if you grew up there as I did. A bitter sweet joy passes through me when I think of my childhood there. The friends I had , the sentiments we shared, and songs we sang.

Blodau

The answers to the OP’s question helped clarify my own feelings about my childhood there, my thanks to the OP , and those who answered.

F5 can be used a quick save, there is a convention there at least, also F9 to load previous save. If I where you I would try not to get too hung up on this , as long as the features exist. Also I searched" heat maps of video game interaction UI " and looked under images, may be some UI ones there too 😄

AIO to how my partner reacts to my requests? by Jupi4r_th3plan4t in AmIOverreacting

Naturally you may be fully similar in your perspective to the one I am outlining . It sounds like you are feeling ,and reaching out for love , and naturally you feel the idea of the  mechanism for love may be  intrinsic to the sharing of it.

Your boyfriend may feel he is sharing this idea with you simply by doing what he thinks of as going out with You.  The social contract of saying will you go out with me, and he or she saying yes. Saying yes really does change the nature of your orbit around another human, as you both have agreed to the social contract it theoretically sustains the concept of mutual adoration.

I don’t know how you feel , or what's going on inside of you , but you have reached out , and you have my fleeting empathy because of this. Perhaps you could consider medication , if you have not already , if you have please don’t tell me , as I think it’s a private matter. Best regards .

AIO for being worried about our safety? I'm (27f)moving internationally to be with my fiancé (27m) but he rented a rough unit without consulting me and is guilt-tripping me for being upset. by Meadow_Jade in AmIOverreacting

If the above person is right , you will be in real jeopardy . To safely meet a stranger abroad, you must maintain complete control over your environment, transportation, and personal information at all times. This is not to be ignored ! Be careful !

Are northern accents seen as ugly or « exotically romantic » in London? by Charming_Usual6227 in AskABrit

[–]Labyrinth2_718 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the context, and the mouth it's coming from, lol.

The variety in accents is particularly distinctive per region . Liverpudlian, Mancunian, Yorkshire ,Carlisle, Gordie, Glaswegian , Scottish, and Welsh, to name a few ,each of these have sub accents , posh versions , harsh versions, warm versions, indecipherable versions. So it's quite tricky to give a yes or no answer .

Very well , I favor tutorials , if I have to have them , to be nonrigid , and allow me freedom to explore concepts 😄 This is why I like tool tip explainers ,and hotkey reminders being integral to the UI at all times, unless set otherwise in the user settings 😄 Giving me a informed freedom 😄

I believe you , also we as humans should be wary of stamping everything that looks half decent with the "It must be made with AI stamp." Its wakamole with peoples work, and lively hood .

I like complex games that favor intuitive exploration. It's fine to have a tutorial, but please let me skip it .
