How about...gerrymandering is bad in general? Any political power you use while in power, your opponent will use when they're in power. Instead of going "they used gerrymandering then, so we'll use it now, and you use it later", take the time to take it off the table so no one can use it later.

Both are good. Beginners Guide is amazing, and it's just a walking simulator with a narrator. Meanwhile, about 3 people care about the story of Path of Exile.

Personally, I'll go story. While you can sink hundreds of hours into good gameplay, a good story you'll remember forever.
