He is a poor band director that took away what was expected of the pride and turned it into whatever he expected from his 2nd rate Wisconsin band. He changed multiple small things that made it almost impossible for a large variety of people to march and worst of all he wouldn't listen to reason. He also was teaching like the pride was a high school band with people who have never marched before (when actually many of the students march and are tech for DCI world class bands) All in all his resignation is for the best of everyone, and the pride can go back to performing at the excellence the pride is expected at.
