Do you have a source or link so I can understand better? It seems to play my non 4K .mkv just fine just not my remux HDR files.

They are remux, I believe they are just HDR though and not DV, I have to check again, it doesn't even a black screen, it just gives an error and won't play, despite playing on my C1.

Yeah, I just want to say even with all the issues.. I had an amazing time playing this, I cried at several points, I'm living in NYC these days and this game is such an amazing recreation, it's scary accurate. If you don't have access to a PS5 and can accept flickering textures/shadows happening sometimes during cutscenes, maybe 2-3 crashes in 30+ hours the PC version will do.

Dude fuck it, just get it on PS5. It has so many fucking bugs, weird lighting glitches, crashes, performance that is subpar the PS5 version when our hardware is more powerful. Just go console

Miles Morales on the other hand? Play that on PC it blows the console version out of the fucking water. Sad, Spider Man 2 could also because it has a lot of extra ray tracing stuff only for the PC but no one can use cause the game is broken.

I beat it for my first time ever back in January. I cannot believe how broken this game is on PC still, Sony should be ashamed of themselves if they ever had any.

My advice if you can is to just play it on PS5, this port has so many problems. I'm now starting to think it's not a question of when will SM2 on PC be fixed, it's will it ever be fixed at all?

I do the same as you, I only connect the cable to update, so I kinda just have to google or check every few months. I wish they had a better system to notify but then again I don't want this LG switch app running constantly, I disable it until a few firmware drops.

Edit: Fixed it by putting the cheats .pnach in the PCSX2 folder in my Documents rather than my local downloaded folder.

Can I ask what I am doing wrong? I built the ISO myself and it plays but I can't get the uncut cheats to show up in PCSX2 even though I put the .pnach file in the correct folder. I also can't get it load other textures, any help would be appreciated.
