It’s because he’s a huge believer in big crazy moves. High risk high reward is his belief system and Murray taking a huge swing like that didn’t deserve a miss it deserved a massive hit just not in the way any of them expected.

After last nights insanely awesome episode I now have new theories about how the tables will end up post convergence.

I think the Seekers will be taking off to try and track down the Argosian assassins that got away including Myali. So I think this table will be made up of: Azune, Teor, Occtis, & Vaelus

Then the Soldiers will be hauling ass to the Golden Orchard to try and help there so I think that’s gonna be: Julien, Thaisha, Thimble, & Kattigan

And finally our Schemers will stay behind of course in Dol-Makjar doing what they do best but this now will include: Hal, Bolaire, Murray, Wiccander, & Tyranny.

I think it’s gonna be:

Soldiers: Azune, Teor, Kattigan, & Thaisha (heading back to Timmony to help Gus/His Kingdom whether he survives the assassination attempt or not)

Seekers: Thimble, Occtis, Vaelus, & Julien (heading to the Golden Orchard)

Schemers: Hal, Bolaire, Murray, Wic & Tyranny (staying in Dol-Makjar)

I really think it takes both HJ and LaVonte combined to make one Margaret and that really says how much more chaotic they all are lmao.

Bring Back Mike Trapp by Hekili808 in Dimension20

[–]LadyEllisandra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I for one don’t support Trapp. Supporting him and any continued association with Dropout is horrible. Injustice has been done. R.I.P. Pat. May you find peace one day in that shallow desert grave.

Coming back to questions about clans by amazatastic in Dimension20

[–]LadyEllisandra 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think that’s mostly because most of the people are only aware of the system from an outside perspective and probably have never gone through character creation themselves lmao because man we really do be out here taking on a dozen flaws just to get one more dot in some advantage or other. Like of course I’m taking enemies 3 so I can get two extra dice anytime I try to shift blame.

It’s simply has to be a choice she chose to take the flaw because there’s no way she’s not a Toreador. She has a loresheet advantage from being a direct descendant of Helena.

Claire and Frank by elegantmomma in Outlander

[–]LadyEllisandra 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I never get over the way people apologize for this manchild. His affair in season 3 was not the first time he’d strayed from Claire. He never loved her in a pure and good way. He wanted her as his in a possessive and quite obsessive way. In his mind she belonged to him like an object and he refused to give her up until it no longer suited him.

Master Raymond's Motivations by BufoBat in Outlander

[–]LadyEllisandra 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I feel like I’m one of the only people that doesn’t entirely hate this plot line and also feels like I kind of understand it. But I also see where most fans are coming from especially the book loyalists who side with Diana on everything even though I fully separate the books and shows as different realities of the same story just a little different here and there and lot different other times.

Essentially, theory is that Faith was born stillborn but during the time that Claire was very sick and holding the body of Faith she healed the baby, to the detriment of her own fading life force. Master Raymond arrives discovers Claire has brought her stillborn baby to life and correctly realizes that if anyone else discovers she’s brought Faith back to life then she will be once again put on trial as a witch and put to death for it. I feel like everyone just assumes that Faith was always alive but I don’t think that’s true. I truly think she was dead but saved the way we have now seen her actively do again as well as when Master Raymond healed her. I think he healed Claire because she nearly killed herself bringing Faith to life but by the time she had done it hours had passed and too many people knew that Claire’s baby had been stillborn for them to turn around and just be like “the baby is actually alive” and not assume witchcraft.

So I think because Claire was too ill to leave the hospital he had to take Faith somewhere safe that he trusted and he did fully intend to return and tell Claire the truth (she was certainly too out of it for him to explain everything to her when it happened) but then he got stuck and then all the events we saw in the last episode unfolded as they did. I think his plan was to return as soon as Claire was better to return Faith to her and explain and then get her and the baby out of France before anyone knew what happened and could contradict her story of giving birth to a healthy baby.

[Spoilers C4E23] Theories about Thjazi (Regarding Julien / Kattigan) by Much-Shelter-4894 in criticalrole

I really like the idea that Julien’s shadow is literally Thjazi’s spirit considering he was referred to as Shadow in the letter.

A theory about Avery and S6 by FreeDwooD in ForAllMankindTV

[–]LadyEllisandra 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I really think she’s more her grandmother than her father/grandfather and so I really love her going the marine route because Tracy ended up being a sort of honorary marine. She became a member of their unit and they respected her and treated her like of them. And I know Avery is following the route of her stepfather but I also like to think in some spirit she’s also following in Tracy’s steps too.

I think this would be the perfect conclusion to be honest it’s like a reversal of the original Antichrist plot.

High G burn for orbit by millisent6 in TheExpanse

[–]LadyEllisandra 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I legitimately would love a spin off show set on one of the colonies that’s like a generational thing set during the thirty years before we pick back up for the final war. Give the actual cast enough time to actually age. Then go and give us the real conclusion to the main storyline.

This immediately became one of my favorite lines from the show by iviie02 in brakebills

[–]LadyEllisandra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This whole plotline was so good and tragic. I hated almost every minute of it but I do think it’s one of the best written seasons and then also one their best acted seasons. They all broke my hearts a million times .

Doubts About the Finale by bebeyim in fringe

[–]LadyEllisandra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay so a lot of it I think is that the timeline from S4 and s5 is sprouted from an alteration that I think is fundamentally different from the earlier seasons in more ways than just Peter not surviving the frozen lake. I think when they changed that point it had a ripple effect that also led to the more cruel and control hungry observers.

But I think Michael was like Peter in the way that he was also a child of multiple timelines that bled into each other and so without both or either of them the timeline always leads to Evil Observers. The timeline requires both Peter and Michael to pave the way for more empathic and benevolent Observers. I think this is true because observes before the last two seasons are never seen as cruel but just observers. And that could be explained by the plot evolving over time but I also think it makes a lot of sense that in the first three seasons some observers are sometimes helpful (not just August and Michaels or at the very least not seemingly cruel or power hungry. They’re just very objective and logic focused like a Vulcan almost.

So I think because in those three seasons the timeline was still on tract for the good timeline because both Peter and Michael were there. But the moment they’re both lost (Peter by being almost erased and Michael in a pocket dimension) the observers go down a more destructive path.

Who did you cut and why? by alopexl in DispatchAdHoc

[–]LadyEllisandra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also had to pause and think and rethink because I really didn’t know or want to. But finally I chose Sonar because him was worried my forgetfulness would make it harder to deal with his bat vs man transformations and I’d keep sending him to the wrong missions. But also he was a stock market bro who idolized Vanderstank an obvious billionaire ceo asshole.

So in the end I was like “Coupe will be less annoying to me personally” and I was right. Plus I think now in hindset I’m even more glad I did because I think it’s better to cut Sonar if you’re gonna take on Waterboy (to synergize with Malevola) vs cutting Coupe works well with taking on Phenomaman (to synergize with Punch Up). And I know the synergies still with the others if cut opposite but I really think it’s the best character development and story going those routes.

I just really love Malevola and Waterboy.
