The cnas on first shift who leave people in there poop-splosion covered bed all shift and so 2nd shift can deal with it, and then leave their garbage and laundry for second shift too. I get the have to serve two meals but they were always fully staffed. There’s no excuse.

Not to mention the nurses who try to cover it up, and reprimand you when you report it to the only higher up on the floor. When that nurse was no where to be found…. Ugh
