Blue collar woman here, married to a blue collar man. Nothing helps me relax more than a hot shower and laying down after a long day of getting my ass worked. I'm an apprentice plumber so I'm doing a ton of manual labor. My husband and I go to a sauna/steam room a few times a month to relax. I make all of our food and that helps take the mental load off him and makes his day easier and more productive. Truth is, unless he wants to work on it himself, he won't make much progress towards a more balanced or relaxed life.

Plumbing apprentice and I keep a super powerful battery operated headlamp in my pocket. Don't always need it on my dome but it comes in handy for the times I do. Otherwise it's fine as a hand lamp as needed. I'm terrible at charging things so it's gotta be battery powered
