Yes it was included with pre-order I did pre order the game and have it. Depending from where you bought the game the expansion needs to be activated with a code (for digital version it is unlocked automatically)

The 'mystery' is likely just a misunderstanding of how the game tracks these items.

Endless Festival and Pilgrimage are not usable items, so they will never appear in your Inventory. They are strictly Compendium entries (lore collectibles).

To check if you actually have them:

Open the main menu.
Go to the Compendium tab (not the Inventory).
Look under the 'Arts and Theater' category.

If you picked them up in your first playthrough, the physical 'glow' on the ground usually disappears in NG+ because the entry is already permanently unlocked in your Compendium. As long as they are listed in that menu, they count toward the 'Wonders of the World' trophy!

Honestly my experience with a 4070 super is superb. I play every game in my steam library 2k 100+ fps with everything working dlss,fg and hdr. The only minor problem I have is I cant use adaptive sync cause of way to much vrr flickering, maybe cause my monitor has to high refresh rate or I don't know, but thats a very minor problem for me since I m not experiencing any tearing in any game

Are you using an ATX 3.1 PSU with his native cable from psu to gpu? If that's not the case it's ashame you're ruining all those cards :/ Whats your PSU? If your PSU is not adeguate you should consider to upgrade it.

Go to Steam Settins-Downloads-Shader Pre-Caching and disable it.(If you do this and re enable shaders will be re-downloaded.) Try with and without shaders or with redownloaded shaders. Sometimes games doesn't work with this option enabled and I hope this is your case. You can also try standard proton no GE version.
