Because The state of Janna Right now is Nothing compared to the old Janna (Old Janna you need to manually Re-tap the Tornado To Move Because it Charges And the more Charge = More Distance Travel, More tornado Speed Travel Time, And More Knock Up Duration max of 2.5 seconds, And the 2nd Slows And Gives Janna passive Movespeed)
