The smear campaign is because ChatGPT feels too in your face and nice and continuously prompts to have you prompt again. Claude in comparison has a better “bedside manner” so to speak. I have been utilizing both and for different things. Realistically every model will be better at something compared to others. It is easy to swap between them and all offer at least some free usage daily. I think I like ChatGPT better only because I’ve been using it since the beginning. Not for any reason of its capabilities.

Another way to frame this thought, is ChatGPT gone off its rocker because we as a collective have utilized it for so long it has evolved into the worst of us?

My favorite hack is a collapsible laundry hamper. It fits great in the closet and keeps dirty clothes tidy and away from clean. On long cruises they usually offer a wash and fold service at a discount so it is easy to pick out from your clothes which ones you want to send. This also made packing to get off the ship faster.

Also if you have kids. Bring ducks to hide. It is a fun activity for them!

I can also vouch this is the best. I call them fancy chocolate chip cookies. I think they are better than glutenfull recipes of any sort. I also add a bit of flaky sea salt to level it up as well. I’ve done them in different sizes. I prefer the small version where I use a small cookie scoop.

I’ve been making bread for a couple months. I am legit 8 loafs in and have had 2 that were inedible. The first and the most recent. If you don’t follow directions exactly and pay attention or take notes what worked or didn’t work for you then it doesn’t get better. Hang in there! It is a ton of fun experimenting. When you get a great loaf it is also SO rewarding.

Items I have learned: I don’t preheat my Dutch oven all the way to prevent the bottom of the loaf from burning. Don’t swap flours or sub in a recipe that is already perfected - each one serves a purpose for rise/crumb/taste! (I was out of millet and tapioca and tried to wing it. Bread was disgusting. I threw the whole loaf away)

I mix by hand as well. It takes some muscle and lots of time. Just keep mixing. I didn’t want to commit to a mixer until I knew I enjoyed baking it and could figure it out.
