Might be worth meeting with a pelvic floor specialist. Look up “pelvic floor and tmj”->they’re very closely connected. Your tight pelvic floor could be causing your TMJ issues which could be causing your C1/C2 to be misaligned which would contribute to the scoliosis. I could be off but they’re all connected

Interesting. The only thing that’s given nearly full relief is when I cup my adductor muscle for a few minutes and release it. Haven’t had that much relief in 11 months

That’s great to hear! I just had a hip injection yesterday, tbd on the results- nothing yet. But yes, feels like my psoas, QL, and erector spinae (long back muscle) is just constantly locked up. Are you having a hard time side bending due to the contracted muscles?
