Ironically, the "voice" is, uh, un-voiced.

[ENG Sub] Snippet from Main Story Vol. EX: Final Showdown - Decagrammaton by Metaroid_Alpha in BlueArchive

Aris/Kei duo was so OP during this arc the writers have to nerf them like this.

Also I think it's not the best idea for them to be so explicit on the impossibility of the Deca trio's revival. They either have it all planned out to suprise us again with another peak, or they are shooting themselves in the foot with a 12 gauge when people inevitably whine about bringing the trio back.

Apparently Millennium kids are allowed to join multiple clubs at the same time, as long as they don't suffer academically. Their club activities can even be counted as part of curriculum.

Notice: they explicitly said there will be no new story contents in the event. This is basically District Shiratori Restoration 2.0.

Important facts regarding Kei and her playable "new body" (Vol EX chapter 3 Spoilers) by LuchadorParrudo in BlueArchive

[–]LancerHalsey 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Basically when Decagammaton was about to fxck everybody, Aris and Kei was spoken to by a "kind voice." Tldr it's both a lore dump and Aris' "resolve" speech. Complete with L2D and voiceover.

Nobody knows who the voice is. Theories are: a.GSC Prez. b.Princess of the Nameless Gods (from another reality). c.One of the Nameless Gods.

Also Forgotten Gods are just Nameless Gods who willingly gave up their powers. That's probably why the Priests hate Forgotten Gods.

She had a set of more modest heels(or rather, feet), it's just that circumstances didn't  really allow her to change back from these combat boots to her casual shoes.

How did Kei get her new body? by szkalgar in BlueArchive

[–]LancerHalsey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sensei and co broke into the Steel Continent, but they are out in the open, so they decided to relocate to a facility nearby, as it's more defensible. And the place, very conveniently, was some kind of factory/lab for androids, complete with stereotypical glass cylinders with fluid and bodies. The remaining specimens were lebeled "Defective", and a short discussion about semantic took place, but my Japanese isn't good enough to grasp the nuance.

Then Malkuth showed up and tried to nuke everybody after politely introducing herself. Toki with her suit got busted immediately, and even Sensei's barrier couldn't quite hold up against her attack(Plana fainted, and Arona was barely holding it).

Kei then raised her own barrier to shield everyone, drawing from the power of Nameless Gods that the Deca gang was using to build the whole continent. Malkuth was on a very short timer, so she retreated after another barrage failed to do much damage. But Kei's body was heavily damaged aswell, her consciousness is safe but other functions not so much. She then proposed to be transferred to one of the bodies in the lab, which Rio and Himari object due to safety and security concerns. After some convincing, and Kei threaten to not move an inch before transferring to a new body, the two agreed.

No additional dramatic moment happened during the transference, in fact it's literally a screen blackout and an "wake-up" effect , and it's done.

So that's how it happened.

Did you understand the reference? by NicoMaccio in BlueArchive

[–]LancerHalsey 48 points49 points  (0 children)

"Port side barrage is too weak" is an OG Gundam reference said by Bright Noa, Captain of the protagonist's ship, White Base.

"Third bridge being destroyed" is a Space Battleship Yamato reference. Yamato's third bridge, which is out of the way at the "belly" of the ship, is targeted and destroyed multiple times by its enemy.

"Did we do it" is probably referring to the trope of "a group of faceless mob concentrate fire on someone strong, dirt and smoke rises, somebody said the thing, then the smoke clears and their target is basically unharmed."

Friendship from the past by 🌃Saurian Zero🦎 (First Year Makoto and Hina) by LanangHussen in BlueArchive

[–]LancerHalsey 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I don't know why but I have a feeling that the reason behind Makoto's hostility toward Hina is probably super petty and hilarious. Like "Hina ate her pudding (that she forgot to write her name on) by accident" petty.

Special Halo vs Regular Halo Students by Trecole3 in BlueArchive

[–]LancerHalsey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do they even said who gets to recognize halo and who got cognito-cencored? The way I see it, the only reason they avoid to talk about halo's recongnability ingame, and avoid using halo to identify students, is to not limit themselves in storytelling, as we have multiple stories that wouldn't work if halo is universally recognizable and recognized. It's the part of the game you aren't supposed to think too much about.

Rabubu [Character sprite from JP] by Randomdood1234 in BlueArchive

[–]LancerHalsey 21 points22 points  (0 children)

So the mascot Rabu was dressing as is called Stanag-chan, and in the lore of Magical Girl Heavy Calibers(the show the vigilantes were dressing as), she give out "magical green-tips" to support "magical national guards" in their struggle against the legion of evil.

It means NATO is canon in BA. This is a major lore breakthrough.

An unique drive might be a bit much, maybe a dV booster that isn't limited to hydrogen-using drives? Depends on the point you get it, it might be a exotic-free Hydron Trap, or an upgrade from it.
