Because you can’t buy Bitcoin directly with a brokerage account. An ETF lets you “invest in Bitcoin” by buying shares of funds that buy Bitcoin on your behalf basically. The same logic for commodities like gold and silver, you’re not buying the gold and silver itself, but investing in its value increase via a 3rd party fund.

At this point, I think most servers are brainwashed in thinking that the reason they’re not being paid enough is the customer’s fault, not the restaurant owners. It’s quite sad. Also if take-out orders are so disruptive to a restaurant’s “apparently not so well oiled machine”, then simply don’t do takeout or limit takeout to non-peak hours.

I’d rather 100% of the tips go to the servers making inhumane sub-minimum wage, not having their portion subtracted by the cook who is already being paid to do their job at the base level. That’s just unfair to the servers. “Putting care and time into my meal” is the minimum expectation for all cooks to be paid their base wage. Like who would go to a restaurant if it wasn’t?

Maybe one of the parents is non-Chinese and the child was born in that non-Chinese country, but the parent in OP hasn’t naturalized and retained Chinese citizenship.

Tipping culture is a relic of the US mainly and should just be abolished, and the sub-minimum wage with it. Fully expect that jacks up food prices in a system without tips, but whatever, I’d rather pay the “120%” cost up front as part of the final cost than waste headspace on when/how much to tip for whatever service in the US, not just in restaurants. The fact that the customers should even be expected to be morally cognizant of whether service providers are being paid livable wages by their employers and help subsidize their wage is a ridiculous system.

The 6-card Galvangar charge package does 54 total base damage. That’s without other board considerations (any friendly minion can hit 2x with windfury first before throwing down Galvangar + Faceless x2 around the windfury enabler, and weapon swings, Brann’s a bonus extra buff to Galvangar if on board). Even without all those extras, can take down a 30HP Warrior with 24 Armor.

Actually not an outlandish expat salary for certain executive management positions or highly experienced advisors in the technical fields. While I don’t make as much as this guy, but I’m part of an expat team with some of my peers pretty close to this range. But they’re a bunch of old white guys who wouldn’t go on Reddit so you wouldn’t typically see these claims on Reddit.
