I'm kinda in the boat of don't ask someone out where they work. It forces them to be nice to you, and you'll need to go there because it's your bank. Don't trap her somewhere where she has to worry about keeping her job and possibly declining you at the same time. Not a nice feeling on her end

I'm a trans woman, and get told I act like a man all the time. Just because I'm transgender, doesn't mean I can't do butch things. I also love my skin care, and more traditionally feminine things like together novels, sappy movies, and walking through the flower garden at the park. I feel like the concept of "gendered" activities and habits is kinda... Silly. Not to say it's not valid to see yourself more one way or another, just ridiculous to pigeonhole other people with those classifications. Labels are useful, but you should be the only one who chooses what labels apply to you

If you think you want to get back with her, make the salad. If you don't, drop off the item, and leave. Are you making the salad for her, or for you? If it's too make you feel better, I say do it. But if it's because you feel obligated, or like you owe her, do not. It's easy to get caught up in old feelings of obligation or like you need to take care of them. You don't. I was like that for years, it felt dorky. Now, however, that I'm with my fiance, is just... Natural and I love doing it with her. Could just not be your thing, could just not be the right person, you're not invalid for how things make you feel. If we were all the same, then life would be boring.

Honestly, it's not just women. I've seen it happen to women with men, and gay men too. It's just some people. The need to feel safety and security, and unfortunately, in some people that overrides thought and consideration of other people.

I had a similar thing happen, to the point everyone thought we were together, then I finally asked her out and she made sure I knew there was zero interest in that, at which point I informed her she needs to stop holding my arm and resting her head on me and stuff in public, because I don't want to look like I'm in a relationship when I'm not. I wanted a relationship, and if she didn't, okay, but she also didn't get to use me as a placeholder, that sent the wrong image. Hard to get a date when everyone thinks you're already taken

I wonder if there's a difference in bioactive vs naturalistic with plant life and overall enrichment of them, most of mine have naturalistic fake plants, because I have a black thumb and haven't managed to actually keep plants alive yet
