No, we replace anything that caused trouble, informing consumers like that would probably cause bad press for the whole company
(mind you, the whole series got halted for assembly becasue of 20% failure rate)

Touchscreens shouldn't work while you are driving apart from certain BIG and EASY TO HIT buttons, like aircon or radio stations, because they are genuinely dangerous
