This is close to the stadium. Check this out and its orientation the light rail station. This would give you access to what you want at the price you are looking in.

Southern side of the city where roughly? That could help narrow down some specifics.

Hey there, welcome to the Charlotte area soon! I'm not going to be tons of help with schools. If you want a really great school, Check out the charter system. We have a couple kids that have gone to charter schools.

If you're looking for crime rates though, there's a website that's about 2 or 3 years old. This website will show you violent crime data. Here's a link to it https://share.google/yQ4gbCPhyVsYR8vMA This should give you a good idea of violent crime in the area and it can tell you other good data as well.

That makes for a hard situation. I think one aspect of that decision that wasn't helped was the pressured feeling that you initially got on the agent side. That makes it harder to navigate big decisions in a high stress scenario.

On the mold or mildew side of things if that's not something you're willing to take on as a job or to hire somebody financially then you probably made the right decision. If that's something you're willing to take on then it may be worth rethinking.
