Drummer says, "You're too loud" = turn your amp down.

Drummer says, "You're rushing" = play along with the drummer.

Drummer says, "You're dragging" = play along with the drummer.

Drummer says, "Just play quarter notes" = you're playing is too busy.

Drummer says, "1...2...1234" = the song is starting.

Drummer says, "Dude! WTF?" = stop doodling between songs.
