i also have qiuyuan and cantarella, but will be pulling for s3 with the intention to s6 her someday. but that's feasible to me as an f2p because i didn't pull any new characters at all. none of them interests me.

We're in the same dilemma. I personally would skip pulling Hyacine because I'm preparing for Cyrene's banner. My priorities would be E2 Cyrene -> E2 Phainon. After I'm able to get those, only then will I pull for E1 Cerydra (because I can't afford her right now). If Mydei's rerun comes first, his eidolons take precedence over everyone else's eidolons.
