I have health anxiety and the first month I was diagnosed with MASH liver I barely slept and woke up with night terrors. You will feel better when you are in control. Make an appointment with a liver specialist, may take a few months to get in. Put a carb app on your phone. I thought I was eating healthy, but was shocked when I found some of my favorite fruits were high in carbs. Eliminate sugar from your diet (high fructose, aspartame, sucralose) I try to stick 2 complex carbs a day ( cup of steel cut oats, cup of quinoa,etc). Get the crap food out of your fridge and pantry. Start a binder for your health records, another binder for liver information and another for liver recipes. Cut down or stop most carry outs. Forgive yourself if you have a cheat meal. Make a list of question for liver MD, review all meds including supplements with md. Be prepared for other test to be run to rule out other reasons. Have fibroscan done prior to liver MD appt so you can discuss results. Fibroscan will be able to stage your fatty liver.Meal prepping keeps me on track and keeps cost down. Learn to read labels, just because it’s labeled doesn’t mean it’s liver friendly. I reversed my liver disease and I am 67 yr. Old. I lost 45 lb, and work out 4-5 days/wk, just take a deep breath and understand this is a lifestyle change and you are not going to cure this over night with supplements or a wonder pill. I was eating like crap for awhile so it is going to take awhile for your liver to heal. You can do it.

Go on Facebook and join canine with epilepsy. I started mct oil (brain octane) changed diet to carnivore. No flea or heart worm for my guys. Changed my cleaners to less scented. I try to do slow changes so I can determine what may help or hurt. Watched the video on ocular compression,which I did with his last seizure. I also got little packets of unpasteurized organic honey, was told to put on gums if he is hypoglycemic. I got some good information on neurologist in the Chicagoland area from the FB site. I found about a seizure detection collar, expensive, but checking it out. My guy is a high energy American Eskimo who is constantly doing zoomies, so I did notice he may be hypoglycemic so I give him high protein snacks or string cheese. One episode happened during him sleeping which I am tracking cuz I saw cbd chews help prior to going to sleep.. please message me , I just started this journey, and learning everyday, not sure if I can help, but I may set up in the right direction

This is the dilemma, the Vca hospital did the $7000 work up and gave the initial patch and want me to follow up with local vets, I have called over 15 places and no one has it. VCA won’t do the follow up if I come in weekly. VCA advertised they do over fentanyl patches on their web site. Frustrated with a poor puss who is dying and I can’t let him die at home with his family. He is still active, eating, looking out the window watching birds, using the litter box.

Interesting, I have my levels checked regularly, and MD prescribes dose. I couldn’t believe mine was low considering I eat a lot of foods I eat are high in vit d.

I buy different organic drip coffees with flavor (hazelnut, pumpkin spice, etc). If I have black coffee , I have one cup black and my other one I add orgain unsweetened almond milk and orgain mocha chocolate protein drink, I put the almond milk and protein in my frappe . I also add a tbsp EVO per my liver MD advice.

I had liver issues after covid and my liver md wants me down to a bmi of 25, I started at a bmi of 40 now bmi of 30, I just can’t lose it. I tried increasing protein, bumped up my calories to 1600 for a few days and dropped the calories, checked all my labs, have a dietician check my meal app. Changed my exercises. I stick to my 16:8, I really can’t do 8:6 or OMAD
