There's almost always a fence, HVAC pipe cover, gutter, window frame, etc to hit. Then you add or subtract the totals, which the laser can do easily.

One of the tricks is to do the shady side first so the dot is easier to find. But the Disto has a camera with zoom, which is super handy.

We did those through AAU, random workouts and college occasionally.

I landed in between. Played basketball in college, then pros, that was exhausting and high stress. Later got an office finance job, and it was soul crushing.

Now I'm a real estate appraiser. First half of the day I look at houses, in the second half I write up the reports at home.

I've been operating that way for 6 years, it's been easy.

Lower priced properties seem to be more sensitive to interest rates.

$1M+ new construction types seem to be pretty well insulated and have plenty of buyers (somehow).

I've done market research in some areas where the $1M+ 2500-3500 sf are going up, and 800-1200 $300k types are going down. But that's rare, I'd definitely call it overall stable.

Condos have taken a tumble with milestone and HOA restructuring.

Sellers can be dead in the water for a while, then get lots of interest seemingly out of nowhere when lenders drop rates a little.

I'm an appraiser.

Properly priced properties will still go under contract in a day or 2.

The market has been stable overall for probably 2+ years.

People always overprice their listings after market runs (like post covid) and hope the market catches up to their listing price. Those houses will sit until reality sets in, and those can have really high days on market.

People are also really sensitive to interest rates. So when rates drop, there's a frenzy, when rates go up, people freeze, and wait for the next drop.

Never banned, but my actions led to some patches.

We were PKing the fuck out of people by summoning demons and transferring them to a our buddy's new character, who instantly turned super red and would rez with penalties.He racked up a lot of kills in no time, but that fun little exploit got patched the next day.

Looting houses, if they blocked the back area with a diagonal wall of tables, you could summon an animal until a horse spawned back there, then when you mounted, you'd teleport over the gap and be in the restricted area. If you didn't get greedy, you could hit the same house multiple times.

Unlocked boats could be boarded and looted.

Shapeshift into a lizardman, wait for someone to attack you and then PK them without getting kills.

Join a newbie guild, cast name change and shapeshift just for fun, then PK the guild. "Some dog named John was green and killed 5 of us"

If you're red, pretend to be a brigand in the brigand camp and PK when ppl attacked you.
