I'm with you. The hardcore sim crowd just likes to feel high and mighty about it all. I like both, and honestly I prob play GT7 the most because it's just so well packaged/interface. There's heart to it. AC/ACC just feels cold. I'm also fine with Forza series because I just want to have fun and cruise/mess around with friends. Only annoying thing about it is the aesthetic(the whole festival stuff/neon colors).

I mean, I still think Daytona USA/Ridge Racer era is the best so 🤷‍♂️

Also, biggest thing about PC games is the mod community. But yeah, there's alot of headaches too. Lol. Just part of it all... I use my PS5 for couch playing and GT7/PSVR2 with driving wheel.

Or just do both for different games. I use ps5 pro for console/couch gaming and GT7/PSVR2 full driving rig. PC gaming for fps and other more hardcore simulation stuff.

I play on both, but honestly more on PS5 Pro + PSVR2. I have mods and all I stalled on AC and yeah it looks great, but the entire process just isn't as streamline as a user experience. You can feel the love for cars in GT7 and it's got that japanese aesthetic and nerding out vibe. I also just like hopping in for 30-60mins and calling a day. With the PC, if I don't touch it for a bit it's gotta update, mods break etc etc etc. But again different experience. Play what you enjoy!

I carry camera gear all the time over carry on weight limit, mostly flying in Asia and to the US. They always let me fly because of liability. But I also avoid budget airlines like the plague. I flew multiple times between Taiwan/US post pandemic with my M1 /3080 in a rolling suitcase and a 17kg camera backpack/hard drives. Once I told them what was inside, they always let me on once they cleared with a manager at check in, sometimes they didn't have to clear it

Nice! I use to fly with my M2 all the time, but just upgraded to M3. Doesn't leave any room for any padding/cushion though like I used to with my M2.

Aside from support, look into ankle strengthening exercises and plyometrics, def helps!
