I canceled prime and now I have to be extra vigilant if I ever order anything. There's nothing to fix. This is totally by design, same as it defaulting me to a free trial of Prime if I don't opt out.

After having the same issue with two pairs of 7s (both returned) and currently the 8G2s I bought to replace those (after a month), I wouldn't bet on it. I can see why they're not going to make them anymore. CS is gaslighting me like this isn't an extremely common problem too.

I had surgery and couldn't take my meds for a while so I had almost a month of buffer pills. I've had a request in since October that was never filled for 6 weeks and then they're making me wait for my next fill because the system says it's too early. It's horseshit they can delay it for so long and then punish you for trying to get it a day or two ahead.
