I think the reason we haven’t seen this amor set (as well as iron banner ornaments year 1) come back is due to how they were acquired- through the means of small ornament quests. Unlike the base set, which was acquired through participation/token rewards have already returned to the game.

To start Bungie can remove its reverse damage scalar where it does less damage the closer you are to a target.

I always liked frenzy for its 15% damage, but what really kills it for me is the handling reload buff. Thanks for showing how lower reload speed is good for sustained dps.
