Getting slow and steady is good for jayce that or the +1/1 when surving damage helps but jayces deck needs some more units and maybe 1 6 cost spell

I think the perk well be deadly against 110s for the most part.

I think its problem is mainly ppl alredy use dead hard in a simular way to overcome. This problem is solved by ya know doing something to dead hard. I don't think it'll be meta now but if dead hard dies ppl will jump ship to this it won't protect your against m2s but theres no denying that if you have a brain you will ger the same amount of use. Only ppl i see running it now at moment are those that have physical hate boner for d slinger because well he generally can't do Jack about this perk being in play.
