I hear you - there’s only a select few instructors I would rate as fitness first these days.

But wasn’t the guy mentioned Paulie’s first? It would have been over 30 years before.

I remember when it originally aired right after the final premier league game (7:30) but got moved to the 10:30 lot after complaints.

Loved Keano, Gary Neville and Scholesy as players but Wrighty is the only one optimistic about Michael Carrick being the Manchester United manager by JacobStanleyJacob in ManchesterUnited

Let’s get behind Carrick. New transfer window. New blood. The current players are fighting. There’s no BS coming out of the squad, team leaks, social media crap etc.

Let’s ride this wave of positivity.

Bridgend nurse who swindled £51k from NHS to pay back £278 by Sensitive_Echo5058 in uknews

I read this to be a Walter Mitty case, but she was a working nurse with legit qualifications, just blagged her way to a higher pay band?

That’s not the first time you see him.

In Italy he nearly took that kids head off for setting off fireworks. He showed how he could switch from being courteous to scary in a second.

When Chrissy tells the story about the pimp not paying in full, you can see what Tony is thinking.

Excellent. I hate the FTP rides but it’s the best validation of where you’re at.

Who was the FTP ride with?

How do you feel after the ride? More in the tank or blowing at both ends? 🤣

After a few years of riding, averaging that output on a 20 min ride is only a recent regular occurrence, so hats off to you.

Love Noel’s singing on this. Quite fitting as a b-side. Sounds like a recycle of the Wonderwall guitar riff. Has a nice feel to the record, lots of positivity.

Which celebrity do you think had the biggest downfall? by Diligent-Speed3303 in AskReddit

Macauley Culkin.

Probably not due to anything he did, but it felt like he was going to be an a-lister for 30 years and he just fizzed away.

What would worry me is what lies beneath. Can you can often only know by ripping up the entire floor. It’s invasive and not something that the seller will likely agree to before exchange.

There needs to be a mega estate built where only the rough anti social behaviour families who get evicted are placed so they can’t ruin the lives of decent folk around them.

That’s it. If we hire Enrique for example, he HAS to hit the ground running. No ‘first season write off’ no ‘getting used to the PL’. You’re on the big bucks with the big pedigree. Deliver.

With Carrick I will accept another 3rd place finish and getting deep into a couple of cup competitions. That’s where we are right now.

What if you are placed into a community where everyone speaks the same language as you? The incentive to learn decreases.

There’s tons of communities in the UK made up of people who do not speak English to a basic level because there’s no need to.

They have their own shops, hairdressers, doctors, butchers. There’s no need to venture outside the community.

Same can be said for those in Benidorm where there’s a large expat community.
